Janice Evans-Davis has extensive experience in the fast-paced environments of government, politics and journalism, where she began her career as a reporter specializing in politics and government. Janice sat at the executive table in the Houston mayor’s office, where she was relied upon to develop and execute strategy, communications and stakeholder outreach for significant public policy initiatives. Her track record includes working to re-elect former City Controller and Houston Mayor Annise Parker five times. Since leaving city government, she has started JEvansDavis LLC, a consultancy providing crisis communications, public relations, public affairs, and media relations services for corporate, nonprofit, governmental, higher education, and political clients. She has served as an occasional political/policy analyst for the Sunday morning Fox 26 What’s Your Point show. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications. Her company is a certified WBE, DBE, SBE and HUB.
